BALANCE - Stability and equilibrium.The power or means to decide, especially in regard to spending time engaged in the satisfaction of living.  

HEALTH - A condition of well-being characterized by a flourishing body, mind, and spirit.

HAPPINESS - A state of well-being and contentment.

PROSPERITY - Thriving success and economic well-being.  


HEALTH

FITNESS – The quality of being physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally sound.

NUTRITION - The process of consuming and converting food for life energy.

SLEEP - The natural, restful periodic suspension of consciousness.

SPIRITUALITY - Attachment to religious, sacred, or ecclesiastical matters.

WELLNESS - Living in a state of health, happiness, and prosperity.  


HAPPINESS
 

POSITIVE ATTITUDE– A feeling, emotion, or mental reaction that communicates an upbeat, optimistic mood.

RELATIONSHIPS – Mutual interest, admiration, and connection between two or more people.

RELAXATION –Refreshment of body and mind.

SELF-ESTEEM – To hold yourself in high regard.

LOVE MAKING - Arousal and satisfaction of sexual desire. 


PROSPERITY

CAREER - A chosen course through life that fulfills your calling.

FAMILY – A group of people united by common ancestry, two or more people who share goals and values, two or more people engaged in a long-term commitment to each other.

LEISURE - Time free from work or duties.

TRAVEL – To move from place to place on a journey.

MONEY - A medium of exchange, a measure of value, or a means of payment.

TIME – The moments, hours, days, and years during which we make choices about how we live our lives.
