Gim’me Laid Back Music

Relaxation Tip - Relieve neck strain.
Do the "Dead Chicken". Sitting in a chair, lift chest and tilt head back. Pinch shoulder blades together, keeping neck elongated. Bend arms and pull hands toward shoulders. Keep elbows close to the torso, with palms facing up, and tilt backward until your face is parallel to the ceiling. Hold for ten seconds, then release.
Relaxation Quote:
“To sit in the shade on a fine day, and look upon verdure is the most perfect refreshment.”
--Jane Austen
